Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (Other OTC:SFMI.PK - News) today updates its shareholders regarding the Company’s registration process. Currently, the Company’s auditor and lawyer are busy preparing the necessary required materials to file SFMI under the USSEC 1933 Act, also known as “The Securities Act of 1933.”

The Company plans to file an S-1 registration statement, which requires audited financials and other current and historical business information, and has retained the services of William T. Uniack CPA and of Jones, Haley & Mottern, PC, to perform the work. Upon the United States Securities and Exchange Commission approval, the Company will list SFMI on the OTCBB. This listing on the OTCBB will require the Company to maintain quarterly and year end filings.
