Reports ALL Necessary Components in Place at Company’s Mill Facility in Melba, ID.

New York, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/26/08 -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB:SFMI.PK - News)announced today that its long awaited “Deister Table”, as well as, a vital piece of crushing equipment has arrived at its Melba, ID., mill facility. SFMI management expects the mill to be fully operational at the end of 2008, as per the business plan proposed at the beginning of 2008. There is presently enough tonnage of ore stockpiled at the mill to operate throughout the winter months.

Mr. Pierre Quilliam, President of Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., said, “The snows have just begun to fall on the Mountain, and despite the bitter cold, we are proceeding with last minute contingencies for the winter underground exploration program, which started this week. Our Geology department, under the able direction of Mr. Paul Dockweiler (geologist), has begun a program of mapping the mineral content and location of same on War Eagle Mountain. Mr. Dockweiler and our mining engineers will present SFMI with geological/engineering reports. These reports will enable us to determine the mining operation to be undertaken in the spring of 2009. With the milling machinery complete and installed, we should be in full operation with forthcoming revenue.”

Management and its auditors continue with the financial audit and other necessary requirements for a full-reporting registration statement under the USSEC 1933 Act, with an anticipate filing of the FORM S-1 within the ensuing weeks ahead.
